Holidays at Victoria Falls

What a blessing it was to have a couple friends visit us over the holidays. We spent a few days in Livingstone, visiting Victoria falls, and then another few days in Lusaka. Just wanted to share a few photos with you!
Victoria Falls are one of the seven natural wonders of the world. They are the widest falls spanning 1.7 miles. The Zambezi River borders Zambia and Zimbabwe where the falls are. There are viewing spots on both the Zambia and Zimbabwe side. These views are from the Zambia side.
My favorite shot!

I enjoyed a spectaular view of the falls from the air in a Microlight! Amazing!

This is a veiw of the entire falls taken in May when the falls are full! Depending on the time of year the falls vary in the amount of water coming down. October/November is the dryest as they are waiting for rains. (These last two photos were taken by the company that I flew with)
